- Check-ins are by appointment only and are scheduled between 1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Arrangements can be made for after hour remote check-ins (subject to pre-approval and availability).
- Property is not suited for children under the age of 10.
- We are a self-catering inn. While common areas are cleaned daily, housekeeping does not service guest rooms during your stay.
- The nun’s lived modestly which is reflected in the size of our guestrooms.
- Guests considering an open reservation* with us must call 716.893.1419.
RESERVATION & CANCELATION POLICY
- Our property has limitations on renting rooms to local guests. Government issued identification with a home address that is not within Erie County is required. Exceptions are possible but must be pre-approved.
- We have a two-night minimum stay requirement.
- A one-time $25.00 cleaning fee is applied to all reservations.
- Only our Novitiate (Standard) and Prioress (Deluxe) rooms can comfortably accommodate two (2) people.
- We do not allow more than two (2) guests per room, including children.
- You may cancel or modify your reservation up to 14 days prior to your arrival or 24 hours within booking at no cost.
- Reservation cancelations or modifications occurring 7 - 13 days prior to arrival will be refunded 50%.
- Reservation cancelations or modifications occurring less than 7 days prior to arrival are no longer possible.
*Open reservations offer the most flexibility for guests that do not know what their length of stay will be. We'll block off our calendar for 89 days so that no one else can reserve your room. Three days notice prior to check-out is required.
